Kansas-Oklahoma Machine Tools, Inc. has announced the appointment of Stan Bittman as Vice President. As Vice President of KOMT Stan will be responsible for maintaining relationships with builders and customers, strategic business development, implementation of sales strategies and evaluation of the success of KOMT in achieving its goals.

Stan has over 43 plus years in the machine tool industry, 37 of those being with KOMT as a Sales Engineer out of our Oklahoma City office. A graduate of Norman High School (Norman, OK) and Foster Estes Vo-Tech, Stan began his early career as a machinist, then moved into maintenance and service of machine tools at various manufacturing facilities in OK. Prior to joining KOMT, Stan was a field service technician for the Kearney and Trecker Corporation. Stan has also been Certified by AMT (Association of Manufacturing Technology) as a CMTSE (Certified Manufacturing Technology Sales Engineer).

Stan will continue to be a valuable resource for KOMT as a Sales Engineer and his leadership as Vice President will help KOMT to maintain their position as a nationally known top tier Machine Tool Distributor.

Stan will be focusing on solidifying the future of KOMT by providing new innovative solutions for customers, expanding KOMT's customer base, and hiring additional personnel to maintain the level of service clients have come to expect from KOMT over the past 61 years.

Stan Bittman will be a valuable addition to the existing leadership team of Bill Farris, Chairman of the Board and Brad Haas, President at KOMT.
