KOMT has parts specialists dedicated to locating, ordering, and shipping parts to keep our customers in operation.
In order to locate specialty parts, we utilize many different resources in addition to each machine manufacturer's OEM supply. KOMT's team of dedicated customer support managers are well prepared to get our customers' machines up and running as quickly as possible.
Sometimes, a replacement part simply cannot be found — or the replacement lead time means a machine is out of production for too long. In those circumstances, KOMT can often provide in-house repair or remanufacture of the components, getting our customers back up and running so they can remain productive.
